As of the 30th July 2024, all products are produced and shipped from China.
Try to check your spam folder. If your spam folder is completely empty try turning of anti-spam in settings.
Send us an email to zmartscene+refund@gmail.com including an image of the product.
While this can vary from product to product, generally shipping takes about one to two weeks. However it can take up to one week before the product is on it’s way.
