Return Policy

Process: To initiate a refund for a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Fill out this Refund Form or send us an E-mail to Zmartscene+disputes@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
- Review: Our customer service team will review the information and determine eligibility for a refund.
- Return Request (if applicable): In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or defective product to us. If so, we will provide instructions for the return and cover any associated shipping costs.
- Refund Issuance: Once your refund request is approved you will have to fill out a form which will be sent to your e-mail.
No Returns: We do not accept returns for non-damaged or non-defective products. All sales are final unless the item is eligible for refund according to our Refund Policy.
