    1. Review: Our customer service team will review the information and determine eligibility for a refund.
    2. Return Request (if applicable): In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or defective product to us. If so, we will provide instructions for the return and cover any associated shipping costs.
    3. Refund Issuance: Once your refund request is approved you will have to fill out a form which will be sent to your e-mail.
  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for non-damaged or non-defective products. All sales are final unless the item is eligible for refund according to our Refund Policy.
